Fleurs de Fete at Carillon Historical Park – Photo Gallery

The Carvers team joined other area restaurants and local wine and beer distributors at the annual Fleurs De Fete festival at Carillon Park. Check out the photos of some of the folks that joined us at our booth for our special steak samples prepared by Chef Drew and served by the Carvers staff.

Dayton History is proud to welcome the original “Party in the Park” back to its first home – Carillon Historical Park. Fleurs de Fête was first conceived by two friends, Vail Miller Sr. of Heidelberg Distributing and Mike Frank of Arrow Wine back in 1992. Vail Sr. and Mike wanted to bring wine out of the cellars and to the general public with an outdoor spring gathering. Their novel idea turned into Dayton’s premier wine and food festival, Fleurs de Fête and Carvers is proud to be a part of this special event in the past and again this year. Bring your friends and family and join the Carvers
team for some great food and wine served on the lawn at the Carillon Historical park on Sunday, May 19.

Carvers Military Discount Dining Program

The Carvers team wants to thank you for your service by offering a military discount dining program. To extend our appreciation we are offering this program to all active duty, reserve and veteran military that served our country. Ask your Carvers hostess or server about the program and with any valid military ID you will receive a wallet card that you can show on each future visit for a 10% discount on any regular menu guest tab excluding alcoholic drinks.

New Years Photos From Carvers

A great crowd filled the dining room and lounge to bring in the new year at the Carvers 2919 New Years Eve party. Everyone who attended had a great time in the lounge all decked out for the new year’s eve celebration with great food, favorite drinks and live music from the Shawn Stanley Trio. Here are some photos of the crowd.

Everyone had a ball at the Carvers 2018 New Years Eve party. The restaurant was full till after 10:00 and then the lounge became the place to party. Carvers favorite Marvin Smith and the Broadway provided the music and ushered in the new year. Even the Carvers crew had a great time serving and mixing with our guests.
