Carvers Passport to Fine Wine – Silver Oak/Twomey Wine Dinner

An intimate group joined the Carvers chefs, Josh the Carvers wine sommelier and the Silver Oak representative in a great evening of fine wine from their Napa Valley vineyards matched with a five course dinner. Here are some photos of the group that all enjoyed a special evening.

Today, Silver Oak Winery applies its years of experience from their LEED Platinum Oakville winery toward a new winery in the Alexander Valley. Set amidst 70 acres of estate vineyards along the rolling foothills of the Mayacamas mountains, in the heart of Nappa Valley. Our new Alexander Valley winery – which opened in 2017 – pushes industry design and innovation standards through alternative energy sources, innovative water reuse systems and reclaimed building materials.
