The Carvers Personal Dining Experience reflects the level of quality cuisine, atmosphere, and consistency of service that you would normally expect only at a much more expensive steak house. In addition to our regular restaurant menu and our lounge menu, Carvers offers a variety of special menus for different dining experiences. From holiday menus during season to small portion menus for seniors and children, to custom menus for meetings and special events, Carvers has the perfect wine and cuisine for your special occasion, holiday celebration or business event.

Carvers Daily Feature Menu: In addition to our award winning steaks and chops, Carvers offers a daily feature menu highlighting seasonal entrees prepared with locally sourced ingredients.

Carvers Vegetarian and Gluten Free Menus: Gluten Free menu
Ask your hostess or server about Carvers vegetarian or gluten free menus. Personalized menus: Call the restaurant and ask for the general manager or manager to arrange for a custom menu and wine pairing for your special occasion or business event. Carvers Chef’s Select and Wine Pairing Dinner: If you are looking for something special in the way of a unique, one-of-a kind dining experience ask your hostess or waiter about our Chef’s Select and Wine Pairing Dinner for 2, 4, or 6 featuring a special appetizer, salad, unique entrée, your favorite dessert and a manager’s special wine pairing for a single, value price. Time permitting, the dinner will be served by the Chef and the wine will be poured by Carver’s wine sommelier or evening manager. Make any special occasion and evening to remember.
