7 oz. fresh wild-caught Scottish Salmon fillet with our sweet house BBQ sauce

7 oz. rubbed with our house herb crusted then slow roasted overnight – a Carvers specialty

6 oz filet topped with sauteed mushrooms, bleu cheese sauce crispy onion straws and diced bacon
