Michael K. Parks
Michael comes to us from New Carlisle, Ohio. Michael started his career at age 14 in a family owned restaurant. By age 18 Michael was a manager. He managed the well known Portofino's Restaurant at the Radisson Hotel and Suites and later became the food and beverage director. Michael worked for 9 years as a captain and manager at L'Auberge under Josef Reif and Chef Dieter Krug. Michael has been at Carvers for 12 years.
Chef William Pence
Chef Pence was born & raised in West Carrolton, Ohio, where he has developed a sense for the Dayton area's tastes. Chef Pence has always had a passion for food. He began his restaurant career at the age of 14 and ran his first kitchen at age 20. Chef Pence's award winning recipes and talented staff have made Carvers Dayton's favorite steakhouse.
Alex is originally from Oahu, the main island within the Hawaiian island chain. Alex has worked in some of the best resorts in Hawaii with people from all over the world. After time in the Marine Corps, Alex joined the team at the famous Ihilani Resort and Spa on the west coast of Ohau. When Alex moved to Dayton, he brought a wealth of knowledge, experience in the hospitality industry.
