Carvers Uncorked Wine Tastings are back – Saturday, June 5th

After a long year of waiting, Carvers popular Uncorked wine tasting event is back on Saturday, June 5th from 12:00 to 3:00. After many requests in the last several months, join us for an incredible afternoon of fine wine presented by Heidelberg, food and fellowship for $50 per person.  You are invited to taste over 30 of great wines! Enjoy great wine selected by Ashley Gallagher
and food prepared by Chef Daniel Gallagher.

Carvers Passport to Fine Wine – Alexander Valley Vineyards Blending Dinner

Everyone had a great time at Carvers first wine blending and pairing dinner sponsored by Alexander Valley Vineyards. They enjoyed some of Alexander Valley’s best wines, divided up into blending teams and had a ball making their own wine. There were winners for best blend, best label, best back story and best marketing pitch. If you missed this unique event, take a look a the fine wine, food, fun and fellowship that you missed.

Join the Carvers staff and chef for a unique evening combining wine paring dinner with wine mixing. If you have ever wanted to try your wine mixing skills, this event is for you. Join other wine lovers and, meet new friends and learn the basics of wine mixing on on Wednesday evening February 12th starting at 6:00.
