Creme Brulee – Classic chilled Custard finished with a thin layer of caramelized sugar and blue berries.
Carvers Chocolate Brownie – A rich brownie with sweet butterscotch pieces, served warm and topped with Young’s Dairy vanilla, chocolate and coffee ice cream. Finished with home made chocolate sauce.
